Please note that all our pieces are made to order in line with our Responsible Sourcing Policy and our commitment to sustainable and low-waste practices.  We strive to complete our pieces as quickly as possible while abiding by our sustainable practices and quality craftsmanship. We will do our best to accommodate any time-specific needs you may have. International Shipping

All international shipments are sent via International UPS Saver (3-5 business days) for a flat rate of $48. Please note that Samjewelries includes detailed documents that are necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of Samjewelries authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These fees are therefore not included in Samjewelries shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are paid for. Please be aware that discounts are included for the original purchases only – they cannot be applied to returns or exchanges of any kind. Samjewelries does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.Your shipping will be free, If your order value exceeds euro’s 2,000. Returns

All Sam Jewelries  pieces are made to order due to our commitment to sustainable and low-waste practices. you can only return if there is a defect in the product or if there is any acceptable reason and you have option to purchase another product with the same price.

We care very much about our customers and we want to accommodate extenuating circumstances. Therefore, in certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Sam Jewelries  sole discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order.

All of our jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 20-30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse voids this warranty. If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send us an email and we will assess whether it can be repaired and send you a repair quote
